i dont like the part where he says "humans are part of this consciousness universe" talking about - Earth. As we if are all connected this this massive organism.

But this is old type of thinking, we are opening traveling to mars pretty soon, and maybe even further away from earth to other planets, which means we arent connected to earth, we are completely unique beings with our one micro-universe in our body and head.
