That tech screams MK-ULTRA if used for nefarious reasons. Can work wonders for those who are paralyzed or have memory issues. Looking at the "published in research" section is very interesting. Some of the research alludes to "unlocking the human potential" such as augmented strength and maybe training the brain for telepathic or telekinetic abilities, and super memory and calculations.
What if this Motel was used to kidnap people and experiment on them. When they are done, they drop them off at the Motel all drugged up or whatever and just let them go do whatever. Whether the augmentations are left in them or not, we do not know. Why these two were armed, could just be because it's Alabama, where everyone is armed to the teeth.
This video that OP posted, J Li's Cleaners is next to the Super 8 motel.
All local news that I did a quick search for, are ONLY focusing on the Officer who was killed that evening at a Super 8. Most news outlets say that there was "a call" involving "a man and woman" that the officer was shot and killed, then they called other departments and they fucking swarmed. Wont say why.
There really seems to be more going on that what is being reported.
"Corlene Johnson, 27, and Marquisha Annissa Tyson, 28, both of the Birmingham area, in the Tuesday night shooting. They are charged with capital murder and held without bond in the St. Clair County Jail."
'The shooting happened shortly before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at the motel on Moody Parkway. A medical helicopter was sent for Williams, but the officer was instead taken by ambulance to UAB Hospital.
Amar Fouda just moved into the Super 8 on U.S. 411. He said it was about 9:25 when he heard a lot of noise in Room 214, which is directly next to his room
“I heard like an AK-47,’’ he said. Fouda said he ran into the bathroom and hid in the tub.
When he saw blue lights come on the scene, he looked outside. “I saw one of the officers, he was down,’’ Fouda said.
He said he didn’t know why police were at the motel but said his neighbors “had been making a lot of noise.”'
----This last part is strange----
'More than 1,000 Moody residents have signed a petition urging the city council to revoke the business license of the motel where Williams was shot, arguing the shooting “has escalated the need to close this business for good.”
Amy Stewart, a Moody resident who started the petition, said the shooting of Williams was the latest incident that showed the motel does not deserve a business license.
“The recent slaying of Sergeant Stephen Williams on Tuesday June 2, 2020 has escalated the need to close this business for good,” Stewart’s petition reads. “We ask that the city council and Mayor Joe Lee revoke their business license immediately for the safety of our community.”'
There has been a lot going on at that Super 8 motel but nobody is saying exactly what. Not even if it's drug deals, human trafficing or whatever. I haven't looked into the police reports yet. But maybe that woman in OP's video is onto something. The Motel may be a front for something. Hell, could just be prostitution ring or whatever. Very strange indeed.
There is a lot of sleezy hotels that are known for prostitution and drugs like crack and meth. I can think of like 4 off the top of my head and they're all owned by arabs, they rent out the rooms to ANYONE with a drivers license, and pretty much know whats going on but say nothing. The people in my town have called for places like this to close numerous times, yet they stay open or just open somewhere else.
This woman is claiming to be a targeted individual, she is describing instances of gangstalking. Which either means A.) She's on meth
B.) Batshit crazy
C.) Actually a victim of the program, and she will be another statistic soon.
She sounds like one of the methies from the drug den. Can't keep her story straight. I'm open to being proven wrong but I don't think there's anything to see here.
I think there may be something to her story. She may be nervous and trying to cram 6 years worth of story into a minute of explanation. It ain't easy. But must take everything with a grain of salt. Remain logical. But don't disregard everything.
The amount of Cops there says there is way more to this story than what the public is being fed. We are mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed shit.
Neuroport: possibly the company she was refering to

Note to any video makers here... Don't fucking use dark blue text in a dark video. Unwatchable
ONLY use white text with black outline, it can be read on every background. The only other acceptable way is what was done in the "John Wick" films.

Wow thanks for all the info! Very strange.

The only intriguing part is the large amount of cops

NOTHING TO SEE HERE. MOVE ALONG. YOU HEARD THE MAN!
