I'm not sure why he is so invested in self driving cars tho. Like why do we need self driving cars? Are we this lazy? I get cripples may like it but at over 150,000 dollars lmaooo wtfff.
Agreed. Dont get me wrong I agree with alot said by him and grew fond of his content fast. But I dont like the over obsession with tech. He also discusses transhumanism briefly. I find it ironic. Hack the simulation but want to basically create one yourself out of the hack? Or manipulation. I personally think tech is the new root of all evil. What's the fastest way to gain pictures, sound, data, opinion, location, interests etc. From a person? It's an invisible shepherd herding and collecting. And man I seriously dont understand self driving cars lol. Especially if you regardless have to be cognizant of your/its driving. So even if someone was crippled the failsafe to punching the brake is out
I should have clarified my apologies. For Waymo's vehicle it is over 150,000, yes the comma 2 is not even 1,000. But his points he presents states a need for a always cognizant driver begs the question why shouldn8 still pay for a fancy auto pilot? Bravo for him to beat most companies in this industry, but as I mentioned before, is this market even practical? Is it a legitimate need for society or a market that soaks up revenue but barely spits profit.
Edit: I know this is more of an opinion but I do think there is a benefit to looking at wasteful spending and markets in society that aren't needs, and in turn goose step humanity

Honestly, he probably just thinks it will be cool.
That seems to be his real motivation for doing anything he does.
And where did you get $150,000 from?
Last I checked the Comma 2 was only $999
