This lecture was given at West Point and was about neurobiology and war, and he evaluates various technologies available to the military now.

The juiciest bit I found was around the 35m time range, he goes over how they successfully coded a gif into DNA, and were able to extract the file and play it back. He then goes on to say that that's what quantum computing is really about - scanning all living things for encoded messages that ancient civilizations may have left for us transcribed into DNA (I haven't rewatched this yet so I'm pulling this from hazy memories).
