The fires prior to the explosion is the simplest giveaway. If you’re going to nuke an area, you don’t fire cruise missiles at it first, you just nuke the area.
The security cam caught the explosion, not nearly powerful enough to be a ‘Nuke’ and no radioactive fallout at the site. The aftermath photo from the air indicates the same with a large non-uniform explosion.
A nuclear strike is a specific weapon and should be easy to identify as it is tied to radioactivity. A large explosion will induce a shockwave similar to what’s seen in the footage and has been documented many times prior in instances unrelated to this war.
Finally, why would Russia feel the desire to use nukes at this point in the war when they are grinding down Ukraine on all fronts? Ukraine needs to beg the world for weapons and resources in order to stand any chance against Russia. This war of attrition will be won by Russia unless there is deep intervention by outside parties. Ukraine is losing equipment and people at much higher rates than Russia. There is no reason for Russia to use nukes at this time, and based on the above, they haven’t used them.
The West and Israel will become maniacal long before the Russians with respect to the Ukraine war, because without their intervention, Ukraine would have already lost.
