srsly, tho... having to talk to anyone in retail or public/private/corporate bureaucracies in any way that requires outside-the-box thinking is an absolute lost cause.
having said that, however, when zoomers and millenials in retail decide to make your needs their personal quest? holy shit... they may not be able to find that thing you were looking for or answer a question, but they will totally an hero for you.
