Helpful suggestion, don't go with the fetal cell argument that so many people argue. It has giant holes that allow them to doubt/question the sincerity (i.e. if you take aspirin or almost any modern medicine you'd be violating it)

Just argue something simple: "my body is extremely important to me and I don't believe in doing things to it that are know deep down aren't right. I don't believe doing actions purely because of threats/fear (e.g. Do this or you can't come to college) is the way to live out our lives on earth. I believe in living a life with integrity"... then quote a bunch of bible passages on integrity.

Keep it focused on how you conduct yourself (rather than what you actually think of the vaccine) and stay away from the science arguments.
