1. idiocracy- air traffic controllers, dei, people on their phones instead of committing all their attention to their jobs, lack of training, mechanics not giving af, etc

2. Someone testing gps jamming, remote control hacks, etc. for a coming global war.

Note: helis are extremely dangerous compared to planes. They crash all the time, much harder to fly, more mechanically complex, more shit can go wrong. It’s the flying into other aircraft part that seems sus. Like… they have radars that give audible warnings when another craft is hundreds of meters away.
