If the platform is actively engaging in behavior of a publisher, they are held accountable for the content published on their platform.

If the admin is actively using internal data against a user posting content they don't support, they are acting as a publisher and take full responsibility for any law breaking content.

There is literally precedent for this. Admin action against anyone is proof of being a publisher as it removes the assumed neutrality. You should know this, as the MAGA pedos wanted to use the u/Spez outburst to use 230 against Reddit.
