Again, if Trump was a part of "ALL" the logical thing to do would be to out him after he won the first time. Voters wouldn't need to have a clue where the files came from. Just show the video. Once he started explaining it would be over. Nobody would ask for details. He would be ruined and it would be on to the next news cycle.

There are no rules at the nation state level. The files are leverage for control. If the files changed hands one could either control the pieces on the board or wipe the board and hope to gain consensus from the new players in 3 years. What is the pragmatic decision?
