You mean like Trotsky and Rakovski? I doubt that. If anything, Putin's reign is closer to tzarist Russia than to the bolsheviks, hence the realignment with Orthodoxy (harking back to the Russian and the Byzantine Empire rule of symphonia) and abandonment of liberalism and progressivism.
The true internationalists are behind the liberal world order consolidating power in the one world government infrastructure.
