Friend, you have the wrong idea of salvation. Ephesians 2:1-3 shows salvation as being saved from the death in Adam. In Christ is life, from the dead. The death in Adam is known as Babylon in the book of Revelation.

Either your submission is meaningless (because the physical world doesn’t matter) or it matters and your submission is meaningless because absolutely nothing is happening and no one is coming to save you.

I like you. You're arguing a false dichotomy that I don't hold. I submit to Jesus Christ alone. I need no salvation in the carnal world. I'm already standing above it.

Is it a sin (suicide) to refuse medical treatment so that you die more quickly for the purpose of joining Christ?

I'm already in Christ, friend. Medical treatment is fine for the physical body. I look at my spiritual state more than my physical state. When you take care of the spiritual, the physical often follows suit.

I long for death because I have no interest in living anymore.

You've been abused in the carnal world with no help from good spiritual doctrine.

Why should I want to remain here when, again, absolutely nothing is happening and no one is coming to save you?

You've been given a false gospel. Salvation is in Christ in this life. We are saved from the Adamic curse, we are reconciled to God by faith in the life and reign of Jesus Christ. When you put faith in the Living Lord Jesus Christ you recieve a new creation kingdom in Christ. You recieve the Holy Spirit by faith in the reign of Jesus Christ. You are reconciled to God, by faith, and recieve a very real new creation kingdom in Christ.
