So, they know that is will be attack, that it will be islamists, that it will be concert, but somehow absolutely didn't know anything else, like exact source of that information? I'll call pure bullshit. :)
Interesting, that "islamists" clearly was not islamists. No single "Allah Akbar" shout, attacking muslim property, shooting muslims, no beards, running for their lives to Ukraine and so on. At the time, when nearly all muslim states and movements account Russia as ally or partner, including all that "scary" islamists from Hamas to Taliban including Houtis and Hezbollah.
So, US blatantly lied about "islamists". Why? To purposedly misdirect Russian authorities in wrong direction? Well, there is one tribe that constantly use chutzpa and at the same time control US and UK government. Also, this tribe are inventors of that new kind of terror - murdering innocent civilians instead of politicians. And this direction is much more probable than this "islamists" bullshit.
I'm sure US/UK/Israel is dreaming day and night about breaking strengthening Russia relations with muslim world, so attempt to disguise their terrorism as "islamic" looks very logical.
But again - arrogance and ignorance is a 100% recipe for fuckup. They didn't even bother to check background and nuances of attack target.
