Maybe. But I have known people who had septic shock - septicemia - and it does indeed mess up one's system, can lower blood pressure and so forth. However, after one has anesthesia for surgery, oftentimes they inject an accelerant to get the heart going again and raise the BP. They normally use something else than Naloxone but I could see them pumping that drug into her if they couldn't get her heart rate up.
