Yeah, weed is legalized in canada. Most jobs dont test for it, but the ones that do usually stipulate it in the job description.

That being said, when I worked in Appalachia for different temp agencys, I smoked weed, they knew it, they kept "testing" me and it kept coming back "negative". Leading me to believe most people dont actually care about weed, but more concerned about narcotics. Thats assuming of course the person can actually do their job and not have to get high at work.

When I was poisoned with freon, I let it slip to my cardiologist that I smoked about a gram a day. He asks me during a later visit, how could I stand the smell of the stuff. I told him, it helps me relax after a long day and helps my anxiety. He just says if it works for you.

WCB latched right onto that saying that was likely the source of my palpitations. I told them Id be happy to smoke a bong while hooked up to an ecg, but they declined.

The weed was the only thing keeping me calm during the entire ordeal. I likely would have blew my kidneys out or had a stroke if I hadnt been smoking the stuff.
