I also see tons of bullshit job descriptions on DICE and elsewhere. On semi-legit ones, I apply and get no reply all too often.

ALL recruiters these days are Indian (1 in 500 ever is not) and they are generally discriminatory biased to Indians.

Oddly, maybe 10-15% of jobs appear to be based in New Jersey, requiring candidate to reside there. wtf. I mean NJ is the world capitol of software development, and really most of these jobs end up offshore.
