There are two different Pfizer vaccines. Only one has FDA approval (Comirnaty) but it’s not available in the US. Also, according to Pfizer’s own fact sheet posted on Sept 23, the two versions “share the same formulation” yet concede in the footnotes that “the products are legally distinct with certain differences”. The other BioNTech/Pfizer vaccine is not FDA approved to this day. Non-FDA approved vaccines are NOT covered under SecDef Austin’s orders for the military. Oh, and 20% of Comirnaty’s ingredients are still unknown.
