Proportionality is a fundamental branch of human biology which has been independently discovered in countless cultures throughout human history. After all, once you have a way of measuring body parts it becomes scientifically provable that XY men have certain ratios and XX women different raios.
Do your own research, get your own ratio measured and go from there.
There are other ratios they don't delete like Hip to waist ratio, but it isn't even close to the 100% of head to shoulder ratio, and even if it was they can and do alter it (to alter shoulder width they'd need to amputate!).
Even if there was some 0.0001% of the population which somehow had the DNA instructions on shoulders for the opposite chromosome (a pseudoscience-esque claim and obvious false explanation) - why are there dozens and hundreds - and when you really get into it, at least thousands of these people, and why do they all share the same political views?
Why aren't they present in third world country's/why are they only present in directly cabal-run-and-occupied countries like US, France, UK, Germany?
Expand your thinking and throw your confirmation bias out the window and it's obvious which explanation is more likely to be true.
