Conclusion The Defendants’ Motion to Stay Scheduling Order Deadlines should be denied. In lieu of a stay, the FBI should be directed to produce any reports regarding communications between Seth Rich and Wikileaks within seven days of the Court’s order. The Court should further order the FBI to begin a rolling production starting not later than January 29, 2021 and ending not later than March 31, 2021.
