I'm confused. How could Our Greatest Strength be used as a weapon? Wouldn't Russia just be strengthening Europe by doing this? Wouldn't an adversarial Russia just try to keep the migrants for itself?
Theoretically, there could be a chance that Russia have some connection with modern influx of West-beloved Uighurs from China.
Uighurs from China enter to Syria as mercenaries for current West-beloved head-chopper leader. In Syria, probably with some help of Russia, that have military bases including port here, Uighurs leave Syria to Europe.
At least, current rising number of Uighurs among ISIS militants in Sirya is a fact. Taking in account that Uighurs believe that West love them a lot, there will be a significant part of Uighurs that will try to reach West by any means. Russian naval base in Syria is a perfect unattended gate to Midterranian sea for that. :)
