I definitely agree with this take. This higher % means that either the mark is here, or is soon to come, both of those are scary scenarios.

Add "zombie apocalypse" to your theory of the future and perhaps world leaders won't seem so stupid after all. Those ~15% caught in it will drastically reduce their numbers to a more manageable target.

I don't consider the puppet masters stupid at all. They are guided by a very intelligent being, which has only hate for humanity. It is a folly to call it stupid. However, this has been predicted already in the Book of Revelation. I provided the quote about the mark in the post, however, what do you think about this one:
