Militancy implies engagement in warfare, hence agree vs disagree. One cannot choose either side without engaging in warfare against the other.

Uniting states establishes friction aka warfare. Anyone participating in the uniting of states serves as a soldier in an artificial war against nature.

Nature divides each native state from one another. A state implies a position aka a potential (life) within action (inception towards death). This is also why church (place of assembly) and state (disassembled position) have to be divided.
