The problem is that even if I personally don't use those services, everyone else is. This goes to companies as well as individuals. In some places companies simply can't exist without at least some concessions to the idiocy and individuals can't have any meaningful career or in some cases even a job without at least a slight nod to the system. Sure, it depends on area, type of company, type of profession etc, but you get what I mean.

Well, yes, I've done this as well. Asking people to install some other app and not the one they want me to use. That worked and it's nice when it works. For the time being it kind of does.
Now, but what about times when you need something? A job, for example. Sure, you can reject that job that forces you to install WhatsApp, but that automatically means your choices are narrowing. Then you search for the next job, but you're rejected from that one as well... How far are you ready to go like that? Go live in the woods? Just because of WhatsApp?

I don't know how far I'm willing to go. Ok, in case of WhatsApp, the solution would be to get another phone, install WhatsApp on that and use it only for job purposes and nothing else. But what about digital id they are preparing to push onto everyone or some other similar bullshit?
Nah, normies will have AI for that. Hell, they already have it. I can't say I agree with you on this one. Sure, there are some cases when this is true, but in general, I wouldn't say that this is a rule. Human intelligence is being replaced very rapidly with AI, automation, institutions or just plain old bureaucracy. The system does not need smart people.
