Apply implies "join or combine"...white implies "pure light" which allows each ray within to join or combine with one another.
Nature doesn't require application...artifice does.

White (pure light) generates a spectrum which divides each distinct ray within from one another...only a ray (race) within spectrum (color) of light (white) can choose to turn against one another.
Artificial laws of the UK (united kingdom) invert natural dis (inception towards death) crimination (life), hence artificially uniting together what nature divides and distinguishes apart from one another.
Furthermore...if white (motion) > color (momentum) > ray (matter); then "white lives don't matter".
