I hope to watch this tonight but I'm pretty sure America is mystery babylon, Esau and Jacob reconcilled and both were redeemed. Also Jesus is from the tribe of Judah and there is no way around that.
I disagree. I believe Jerusalem is Mystery Babylon. For many reasons:
Revelation 17:9 states the woman sits on "seven mountains" or "seven hills.". Jerusalem is traditionally described as being built on seven hills, a concept found in ancient Jewish and Christian texts, though modern geographical analysis suggests the terrain is more of a complex ridge system than seven distinct, separate peaks.
several key descriptions in Revelation align more accurately with first-century Jerusalem than with Rome, or as you say America
Revelation 11:8 explicitly identifies the "great city" where the two witnesses' bodies lie as the place "where also their Lord was crucified," which is Jerusalem. This is same "great city" in Revelation 17 and 18 being the same location.
Revelation 18:24 states Babylon was guilty of the blood of prophets and saints. These are Jesus’ words in Matthew 23:37, where Jerusalem is accused of killing the prophets, and Luke 13:33, which states it is impossible for a prophet to perish outside Jerusalem.
Jerusalem is frequently depicted in the OT as a harlot or adulteress for turning away from God (e.g., Isaiah 1:21, Hosea 9:1). This metaphor is applied to Mystery Babylon, who is described as the "mother of harlots."
Revelation contrasts the destroyed Mystery Babylon with the coming New Jerusalem. For there to be a "New" Jerusalem, there must be an "Old" Jerusalem that was destroyed and replaced.
the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70 by the Roman army fulfills the prophecy of Babylon being "utterly burned with fire" (Revelation 18:8).
Jerusalem is mystery babylon. Here is a the quote from Constantin Tsutras ORDM "The original inhabitants of Jerusalem were Phoenician Canaanites. Jerusalem was originally a village built on a hill [seven hills in fact]. The name "Urushalim is first found on Egyptian statues, circa 2500 B.C. "Urushalim", and in fact is a word of Canaanite derivation; the prefix "uru", meaning "founded by", and the suffix "salem" or "Shalem," Phoenician Canaanite "GOD OF DUSK.".

Those are good reasons. I wonder if Jerusalem would exist as it does today without US involvement?
