Fascism was a net negative for Germany, or at least it was because the guy in charge started a two front war that he subsequently lost.
In Italy, it is more so-so. The fractured boot needed unification after being raked over the coals for centuries by other powers.
But that’s not an answer to the question that was asked. It’s like claiming the Constitution is bad for the US because jews erased it 130 years ago.
He was begging the question, a logical fallacy. So I answered realistically.

After WWII Germany, after losing a two front war, was divided and half ruled by Jewish communists from the Soviet empire, and then by "liberal" democracies in the west...after the mass rape and extermination of her people and imposed collective guilt for the holohoax.
