It's called zero point energy and these scientists were all working on it; some with the US gov't, some independently. You know why they took Telsa out, right?
One of these scientists was on IG, openly, telling the world about the threats she was being given regularly. She's one of them that is no longer around.
It's not energy you can use in any way. You should go take a physics 101 class.
