Ok. You seem to know a lot of the stories. Not trying to be combative, I’m curious about this next point. I’ve heard all the miracles and stories leading up to Jesus being crucified and dying, then rising three days later. Then the stories stopped. What happened next? It was like the tale just ended while he was still alive.
There is a sect of Christians in Japan that believe Jesus traveled to Japan and lived out the rest of his days. But it’s considered a conspiracy tale. Whole books have been written about it. What did he do after he came out of the cave?
That sect's beliefs would most likely be considered heresy by the main Catholic church. Same as Joseph Smith's claims in his Mormon books of nonsense as there's a similar claim to the Amerindians.
The stories didn't stop. Saint Luke continues the narrative in the Acts of the Apostles. The last chapter of Luke plus the first couple of chapters of Acts will get you up to the founding of the Church with the Sending of the Holy Spirit, fifty days after the Ascension.
