china 2020-22 was the beta test. tracking every move everyone makes 24/7/365.
they dont need all this firepower to answer stupid google questions.
They will designate a portion of the data center and those GPUs will crunch numbers about you all day, every day. Its job will be to manipulate your body into doing anything it finds necessary.
Through ads, by priming vocabulary into your family and friends, by opening and closing opportunities, by watching how you respond and adjusting strategy.
And usually you won't notice, but every now and then it'll put you in a situation you wouldn't have naturally been in, doing something you wouldn't have really wanted to do.
And if too many babies are born and there's not enough data center space, then... then your AI God just might have to get you irritated and cross your path with someone else who's irritated. -1 human, equation solved.
They've been dumbing down and simplifying the world until it now fits in their computer.

It definately is to support the global surveillance prison planet but a new idea I've heard is that the data centers themselves may also be the gulags for dissidents.
