That which is presented without evidence or logic can be dismissed

a) Evident/videre - "to see" implies ones perception within all perceivable; logic implies ones mind confining itself to any suggestion by another. Logic (suggestion) contradicts evidence (perception), hence turning ones line of sight into a circular thinking.

b) Dismiss aka dis (apart) miss (send) implies being send apart from one another, hence allowing each ones perception a clear sight. It's nature, which by dismissing each native, releases each being from restraint, hence setting FREE will of choice into being.
