Could be. Still strange a 71 years old man travel 20+ hours to get to Kyiv on his birthdate. Than visit a factory, only to travel another 20+ hours to return back to US. All that in the span of 3 days.
I'm younger than Lindsey Graham, but I can tell you the jetlag from such a trip it's something I couldn't deal with. Heck, a 20 year old would be overwhelmed. It just doesn't add up.
