Giving whole blood is actually good for you. The barbers were onto something with the blood letting. It detoxifies you, and the new blood you make to replace it is fresh.

It’s like having a truck with an oil leak. Put a fresh quart in every few weeks and when you go to change it after a few thousand miles, it’s not as dirty.

These plasma machines where they filter your blood and pump it back in sans plasma… no thanks brother
