ACCUSE (a cause)...there can be only one cause (perceivable) for each effect (perception) within. Accusation by suggestion implies ACCURSE (a curse) which evokes excommunication aka cutting one off from the community with others.
Coming into being within accusation implies by excommunication aka by division from one another. Democratic politics is about managing the strength (cratic) of the community (demo) by excommunicating anyone who doesn't fit in.
CURSIVE can only be written by EFFECT within CAUSE...AFFECT to another tempts effect to ignore cause, while getting cursed.
