It's tikkun olam (repairing the world by bringing together)...each product has to be sacrificed into the GLO (to glow) BAL (ba'al) melting pot.

As for oasis (fertile spot in the desert)...that refers to jewish centralization drawing fertility out of the circumference of gentiles aka the rite of circumcision (erect at center; cut off circumference).
