Whenever you write “it’s clear that” or “it’s obvious that” anyone with a lick of sense knows that what follows is not clear, or obvious, and is a source of contention amongst people of good will.

Unlike "it seems that," which suggest tentative or personal impressions, "it’s clear that" indicates strong evidence and a definitive conclusion.
Synonyms such as it is evident that, it is obvious that, or it is apparent that, can be used interchangeably.
Yea, all sorts of different ways to beg the question.
