The laws aren't actually in HK and they DO NOT need to be actual local law to be law.
You are not protected by the first Amendment on the Internet and the Payment Processors and Pajeets (more Shabbos-Goyim) are GLEEFULLY using it to usher upon the next dark ages where a single innuendo can cost a man's career and life no matter where you are.
