They started pushing the Ebola again, but I don't think it will stick. I'm thinking rabies is one that may get people scared. We know they're looking for a reason to lock it all down.

It's my understanding that mucus such as saliva can transfer it around. The fact that it takes a while for it to be apparent helps with a lockdown narrative. It's already around anyway. They'd probably start with some wildlife findings and push that story hard. It would be an excuse for contract tracing. My guess is if it's staged, someone or group of people (such as a homeless camp) would become infected and that would make contract tracing difficult. That in turn would lead to mandatory phone possession and dedicated housing for the homeless. Of course we can't expect junkies to come clean, so an NGO would be needed to purchase and distribute drugs to those unfortunate victims. That might be a plan if they get an administration that is willing to do the deed. Rabies is a scary one because once you start showing symptoms, there is no cure
Yeah, rabies is super crazy. I heard it's because it quickly infects the whole brain. I also heard they used it to map the brain (edit: they unlethalized it) and then added psilocybin to rewire the brain, basically very effective brain washing.. So we've got that goin for us too.. Which is not nice..
