Funny you should mention that. There’s a website that encodes its page data directly into the URL. It can’t be shut down (conceptually) because there are no servers to be seized. Your browser does all the work in translating the URL into page data. And if the data is short enough, it can be turned into a QR code itself.

So even something like the ancient Redpills of Zion copy pasta can be shared without any text file hosting, anywhere. It’s all just encoded into a giant URL.
