Military implies a group of followers...a leader cannot join groups without jeopardizing ones leading position. The leader represents the advocate for directions to follow...it's the followers who by joining together become militant.
A jew utilizes advocacy of direction to tempt gentiles into militancy against one another aka shaping a circle (militancy) within a line (advocacy of direction).
