Evidently, Bill Gates and Jeffrey Epstein were seriously interested in removing the poor population - but who, exactly, did they consider "poor"?

All of the above. The poor people are the goyim and according to Gates "we will not need most of them" when asked about AI replacing human jobs. The question from the journalist was about jobs, but the laugh from Gates at the end of answering the question told me Bill was thinking eugenics.
