Case that he is the Son of Perdition:

1. The last days ruler is described as "vile" in the Book of Daniel.
2. This ruler is extremely boastful.
3. This ruler is called "the little horn" and the Trump name can be derived from trumpet / horn (depends which etymology website you use).
4. The Bible tells us "that wicked is revealed" via the Man of Sin. This has been a revealing of the wickedness of the Beast / Empire to even those who bought into the lies. Trump's blunt and crass communications leaves no room for doubt about intentions. He refuses to maintain a pretense of goodness.
5. Trump has his own Bible
6. He is beloved by the Synagogue of Satan / Netanyahu
7. Bizarre foreshadowing in media that seems to require some sort of supernatural reason to have occurred (Back to the Future, The Adventures of Baron Trump, an old TV show with a conman named Trump building a fake wall)

Case against:

1. Trump is too old and stupid. Surely there won't be enough time and Trump doesn't have the capability to fulfill prophecy
2. The third temple hasn't been built yet
3. He doesn't claim to be Jewish. Though I'd counter he did have a Kabbalah teacher which isn't a very Gentile thing to do.
4. This fits in well for a problem - reaction - solution scenario. Scare people with imminent horrific war, then they bring in their real false messiah.
5. His actions are too erratic / ugly to generate the support the Man of Sin would need.
