I have a creeping suspicion that many of my real life acquaintances do not actually read my emails and messages anymore. They just feed it to the AI and reply with whatever AI comes up with.
Also, messengers and email providers have started to integrate that shit in their apps, so very soon it actually might be harder to write or read something by yourself, than simply click the AI icon... or maybe there won't even be any icon at all. Just already generated reply with Send button... or even just automated AI slop reply without any button whatsoever.
This realization, of course, gives heavy incentive to do the same. Why would I read or write anything if another party doesn't? Why bother when no one is reading it anyway? This way it is only a matter of time until everyone becomes a mindless button clicking zombie unable to read anything longer than few words and watching anything longer than a minute or so.
So, the plan, apparently, is to turn us all into some kind of collective borg. Where no one thinks for themselves anymore and everything (everything!) is being mediated by the system, humans becoming only a kind of a meatsack appendages to the system.
Well, guys, if this is not the end of human race, I don't know what is. No wars or political shitstorms can come even close to AI in terms of threat to human existence. Especially when this is heavily promoted by the powers that be.
Would you be a buddy with somebody who do not think he is doing something wrong using his subordinate to communicate with you instead of himself or reporting on you to law enforcement if you don't wear mask during coronahoax?
It is not that different, really. If people do not understand that it is just disgusting to not reply personally to other people who want to talk with him, then they definitely don't understand many other, much more important things and will behave accordingly.
Don't interact with such persons, not even talking about any closer relations.
I don't understand you, really. Circumstances show you the true muzzle of those who you thought was your friends/colleagues/neighbours/etc. It's a very good thing, because those who don't understand that using AI™ to reply you is a disgusting thing, will certainly betray you in other much more serious for you circumstances, just for fun or profit. Take a note, get rid of such friends, and thank God for showing you real muzzles of that bastards beforehand. And all this come to you for free.
You do have a point, certainly... I'm just not sure that the right solution is to not talk or interact at all.
Like I mentioned in previous comment, there are people who have realized some truths, but for some strange reason can't recognize others. Many antivaxers who clearly saw through coronahoax now seem unable to fully comprehend the threat of tech, digital and AI. A lot of MAGA folks are like that. They sure as shit are against vaccines, but they happily lap up whatever Musk, Ellison or Thiel churns out. They don't see nothing wrong with Palantir, digital border surveillance and all that other shit. They also are more or less ok with an AI.
Other group are your average normies. They are not bad people. They just kind of drift along with the narrative. During covid they did not report anyone, they acted normal in private, they might not even fully believe the narrative... yet they still drifted along with it and when the tv said them to get the shots, they got the shots... It's quite sad, really... and I still can't fully wrap my head around how those people can live with such cognitive dissonance.
