Of course a civilization that's not as educated would have a lower iq. Civilizations adapt and as they become more developed, they will become smarter. No civilization has been at the top just because they are permanently genetically better than others, they just had providence on there side to make more advancements and therefore raise their iq.
Africans having a lower iq has to do with not having the circumstantial luck to become more developed, it doesn't have to do with them being permanently genetically dumber.
Wrong. If it's just circumstances then why in one of the most resource rich continents on the planet with tens of thousands of years to create a civilization in isolation with zero hindrance from outside influences did sub-Saharan Africans never develop anything? They didn't have written language or even the wheel until the White man came.
Reality is, there's a genetic component to their lack of ingenuity and determination that is observable and unchangeable.
U need circumstantial luck to use the resources around you. Outside influence helps you develop because it spreads new technology and ideas.
Both sub Saharan Africa and Western Europe got written language and the wheel from others. Western Europe wouldn’t be 1st world today without the influence of Rome. The reason why Africa is underdeveloped today is because of its isolation, which prevented new technologies and ideas from spreading to it.
Been many African kingdoms more developed than European ones throughout history, so this is false.
