Different races and etnicities are different. Even in biochemistry. By different reasons. Even genetic.
If dark skin of negroid race is defined genetically, what make you think that differences in brain suddenly have nothing to do with genetic?
IQ measure only one aspect of human brain activity. By that measure white are better than niggers, and east asians are better than whites. If you swithch to leg length the picture will be opposite. If the latter is definitely dtermined by genetic, what make you think that former is not?

Israel have lower IQ (98.57) than China, Iran, Russia, Spain and even US (101.4). Israel is not much different from African countries like Algeria and Ethiopia. And suddenly similar to IQ of Jordan and Syria where their semite relatives live. How could that be? Israel

Genetics.However, you have to take in account that IQ is only partial measure of what we assume as smartness (is there such word in English?). Not that a man with IQ 50 could be smarter than a man with IQ 120, but when IQ differ a little it could be that man with IQ 100 is smarter than a man with IQ 110.
So, IQ is not an absolute measure of smartness, only part of it, so countly with moderate IQ is not necessary doomed to be undeveloped, and IQ more depend on race and etnicity than on the level of developmant, so IQ is clearly genetically dependent.
Genes aren't set in stone for all time, neither is average IQ or skill level of a people.
My bad that I didn't clarify, but I was talking about being "permanently" genetically better. If given the environment to develop, any race can become as smart as another as shown with history.
That is because many subgroups in Israel like the Sephardic Jews and Arab Israelis have less funding for there educational attainment than Ashkenazi Jews. This only strengthens my point
Every single race and etnicity is better than others in one way and worse than others in another. Genetically and permanently. It can't be changed unless you dissolve this race or etnicity genes in interracial or interethnical breding, which is, meanwhile, is in agenda of globohomos.
What make you think that Jews who undoubtedly have influence and presence in organisations collecting IQ data will never cheat? What make you think that the Jew (look at other articles in that blog) who wrote this article didn't just spread chutzpa, as Jews usually do, especially about their intellect?

Jews are really dumb. They look even dumber than they could look because of enormous arrogance. Arabs look much better, because talking with you they don't think that they are choosen supersmart beings and you are just talking animal. I rarely met people dumber than Jews, and it was mostly uneducated peasants from undeveloped regions of poverty-stricken countries like Tajikistan.
One of the main trait of Jews is total inability to think about consequences or further than one step forward. This ability is necessary to correctly answer on some IQ tests to pass it with good result. That is why Jewish IQ is lower than of many other nations.
I changed my reasoning friend. Iq tests clearly show ashkenashi Jews who have the the greatest access to education while having the highest iq in Israel. The Israeli iq is only brought down by Sephardic and Arabs who are often treated as 2nd class citizens.
Ashkenazi are in no way smarter than Sephards. Sephards are smarter, a little, but enough to not settle in the occupied Palestine en masse.
Now you are correct. However that environment doesn't mean having schools or living on magic dirt. The pressure needed would be to mercilessly cull the dumbest part of the population for a hundred generations. That's how nature did it, and its what happened to the people who settled the frozen north and died off in massive numbers when they failed to to manage winters. Evolution is a death-engine, and IQ is bought with a gigantic pile of corpses of (other peoples) ancestors.
Genetic IQ is a ceiling, and 80% of actual intelligence. The remaining 20% is about avoiding or suffering from stunted growth, nutritionally and environmentally. No matter how many vitamin pills you eat or how much education you get, this will never raise your maximum potential intelligence.
