My point is that vivisection should be reserved for extreme cases and not a matter of common consent that can then be used against the actual humans. Humans win by not dehumanizing without due process.
I agree with your point. Even if they are not humans, but some other intelligent living beings, vivisection is not our method. But they could be something completely different, like humans infected with some parasite (recall this photos of persons who entering elite when they appear suddenly with black eye) or something else. That's why I wrote "up to vivisection".
