Since there is no any AI, this "digital agents" is nothing more than external managing of your account by perfectly real persons who is lying to you about non-existent AI. And "biometrics" is just a variant of your consent to give up a control to this real persons.

It is in no way any different from those phone scammers who are asking you about your bank card number, date and code. It is exactly the same, just wrapped in the hype-words and invented names.
