Differing opinions are frequent and normal.

Differing from the norm is seen as abnormal. Following a norm stagnates frequency. Opinion (conclusion reached) contradicts option (frequency of choice).

I haven't seen any rule violations.

I implies taking possession over self. Rule implies being moved within a straight line. Possession violates potential during procession.
