Here. There cannot be anywhere else. Notice that HE(re) + HER(e) implies both male/female...
HE does (action) which allows HER (reaction) to redo.
Lead/leit - "to go forth"...only while going forth can there be a differentiation between this or that aka unisex.
To stand implies within motion, hence balancing. Resisting motion implies gain; falling for the temptation to ignore resisting implies loss.
As for who...if one gains, then another looses and vice versa. Few trick many to gamble (sacrifice gain for loss) to relocate the sacrificed gain of many onto few.
If ones choice joins a consensus, then the collective loss of ones choice to the consensus becomes each chosen ones gain.
