If you were referring to American diaspora it'd make sense but you said "Europe will receive millions". Pew has European Jews shrinking from 9.5 million to 1.4 million, 1939-2010. I wouldn't have a problem saying the trend might reverse but I don't see 2 million new immigrant Jews in Europe anytime soon, i.e. coming from Israel and America to Europe. So we can agree "Europe will receive millions" is a bit inaccurate and more accurately stated by your adjusted text e.g. "the West may receive another million"?
I don't really know their preferences in choosing country to flee to. If you think they will prefer USA, let be it.
What I know, is that jews when spitting on Russia always compare it with Europe and picture Europe as a paradise on Earth. So, if they think so, it is logical for me to suppose they will flee to that "paradise" from Israel.
War is just started, and there is already significant flow of Jewish refugees. It will only grow. I estimate that if 20-30k fled to "awful hell" Russia then around million already fled to "paradise" - Europe, as I think, or as you think USA.
