I agree with you when it comes to people. The issue with Europe today is the economy. Especially the main locomotive for the economy of Europe, Germany. Very high prices for energy, mainly cheap gas from Russia, and now oil which could reach $150 per barrel in not too distant future, hurts. The sanctions on Russia actually punished the large economies in Europe, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, etc.

Weak economies means much fewer jobs. And that would be the main issue, in my opinion, with any new influx of refugees into Europe.
